Really impressed with MOT City today; I needed my car back to get into work by 11am and even though it needed work doing for the MOT, they endeavored and got it finished right on time.
They also managed to find the cause of a couple of niggling issues I had with the car which other mechanics I had visited missed! Everyone was friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to write to say a huge thank you to all staff for the wonderful service I received this week. I was travelling to Brighton when my windscreen wipers packed up on me, and I found my way to your garage. My day was getting worse, and I was on my way to a full meltdown (mini one already achieved!!). You were all so very lovely to me – without going into lots of details, it was a tough week and this was a day off for me after several months of caring for my dad full time, so I was gutted with what happened.
Having you all look after me so well, and take the time to fix the issue for me (without ripping me off) was great, and confirmed to me that most people care. I didn’t make it to my destination, but I did catch up with some friends in the area, so all was not lost – and the best thing was that when it rained on my way home – the wipers worked!!
I tried to get a review written, but for some reason cannot get to the ‘write a review’ box, but I did want the opportunity to thank you all. I note from the website that you have won awards for best garage – I am truly not surprised, and if I was in the area would undoubtedly use you as my mechanics!

Went the extra mile and worked late on a Friday, having heard that we were intending to drive North to see family. We were able to collect the car early the next morning without changing plans. Excellent customer service coupled with the usual honest and informative reception when collecting the car. Best garage in Berkshire!
I have used this garage for small repairs, services and MOT’s in the past. The standard of service has always been good, but I wanted to share my latest experience. Having tried calling on the Bank Holiday to see if they were open to have a look at a minor issue on the car, I was faced with an answer phone at which point I thought I’d rather not leave a message (as generally i’ve found it rare to get a call back from companies). The following morning on the way to work when I received a phone call from M.O.T City asking if I had called them the day before and if they could help. The fact that I was called back without having left a message is a great reflection on the company’s exceptional customer service. Such a small thing, but yet so appreciated. The car issue was also sorted that same day. Thanks.

I was travelling alone from Bristol to Horsham, West Sussex when my petrol fuel pump packed up and had to be replaced. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. We have found the staff to be very helpful when dealing with all the family’s cars. They always do their best to fit us in at short notice if needed. They do not do unnecessary work.
Was able to leave the car when asking about a minor fault. The work could have been completed that day, but I needed the car that evening.
