Excellent customer service. I knew I needed the gear box serviced, front suspension, brake discs and pads replaced on my car from the last service at the main dealer specialists. Their quote was too expensive and I didn't trust them as when I picked the car up the mileage was over 40 miles higher then when I left it and the sports mode was left on. I left my car in for its 110k service to MOT City after finding them on this website. I have been extremely pleased. They knew what needed doing without me telling them. They called me before they started the work when they found out what needed doing, and gave me price options with main dealer or generic parts. They told me all the details I needed to be reassured. They also serviced the gearbox without trying to convince me that I need a new gearbox, like the 'specialist' garage did. The work was completed on time and to the estimate. I am very happy with the work and do a lot of my miles on the motorway around the country. The car feels great, solid and safe. I still have money in my pocket and my business with MOT City has been fantastic compared to some other mechanics I have used in the past. Let's face it, some are as bad as estate agents! MOT City is excellent and I trust them.
